Out of curiosity, do you know what years he was in TX & PA?

Some observations:

I've seen a copy of the "hog-tied female" photo which Mazzy is referring to and it does like kinda disturbing. My first gut feeling is that he is into S&M and likes young girls and the photo could be part of an S&M porn collection. It really wouldn't surprise me if he's never actually harmed anyone but likes to make people think he could be a famous cold blooded hitman.

When it comes to the writing, I must say that his curvy letter f's jump out at me as well as his crossed double t's and most of his numerals. The exclamation marks and underlining go without saying.

Also, he looks to me like how I imagined Z to look today - chunky looking with quite a big strong face. Would love to see a picture of him during the Z era, which I am yet to see . Must say though, his voice wasn't what I'd have expected but then he might have been under the influence of God knows what during his Z spree.

Finally, his surname fits right in with a possible theory I have about how important time was to Z and how it could have played a part in his overall murder plan.

Mazzy, you need to contact LE, no matter if he is THE guy or not. They might be watching him alreday anyway, looking for a reason to charge him with something (at least that is what I would hope is going on). Just saying.

Do you have any more handwriting examples? Oh, and be careful. This guy seems to be a wacko, that's for sure..

he was back and forth to Texas as that is where is ex wife is from, My notes say that he moved back to Ca. in 1978. He lived in Sacramento in 1983 for 1 year. Any idea where in Texas? Also, in case I missed it, what line of work was this guy in during the Zodiac attacks?

He was in the Navy, then was a mechanic somewhere in the Napa area. His last 2 job before retiring were Lipton Ice Tea and then The cable guy installed cable he got fired from there for doing side work using the companies equipment. He had strange things saved on a floppy disc like the poster of the movie Treasure Island with Charlie Chan, and some other movie posters I didn't recognize they looked like they were Italian movies.

Those lower case ds look pretty darn close.

You are right, but many of Z's lower case "d", laid almost on their side, not straight up. The lower case "f" looks pretty close too. With that being said, a few of the other letters dont look much like Z at all, imo.

I think Mazzy should gather more samples of printed writing from him.

I feel some of the letters look VERY Z like. I also think it's been 40 years.....writing could of changed a touch..due to age or health issues, or geeeze just arthritis in his hands?? Also did he fake his writing then, or did he teach himself to write differently now?? I know myself, I did not totally like my printing a looooooong time ago, and I kinda tweaked it...and invented one I liked so much better. Not sure why I did that...I was young. But now my handwriting is like part a long time ago, and part the newer writing..... make sense???
Too bad Mazzy's son didn't still live in the complex next to this guy. He is very creepy. I feel bad about the women he was caring for. Mazzy can you find out her name and what she did past away from?? Mazzy's POI seems very strange..... and honestly worth pondering more.

Yesterday I posted a handwriting sample of a diagram of a walker with a headlight..... well I looked outside and noticed a walker identical to the walker the lady used. It is leaning against a sign post directly outside the front of my house. I am going to take a picture of it and post it. Im a little freaked out, I went to the neighbors and asked if it was anyones walker. Is this a coincidence? People that use a walker need it to walk. Im thinking maybe the man next door knows everything I have posted here.

I guess Im just a little freaked out that it the same exact walker but the basket removed. No I have not told anyone. I can't let these things get to me. I posted the pics below of the two walkers.

Why didnt the manager and your son take the blood stained stuff to the FBI, i think this guy is just an immature crappot liking to scare college kids

The manager is about 25 years old with a 6 year old daughter who the man next door use to make sick comments about, he quit his job and we cant locate him. My son and his friends are scarred of the guy and they moved. I think they didnt do anything because they are scarred LE wont beleive them.

MAZZy - thanks for keeping us updated...I am interested in reading more about this guy, but understand that there is a danger level to further info.....that being said, kudos to your son for moving out = Very Smart.

What have you done with the walker? That is so bizarre to end up at your place - thinnk i would drop a deuce in my drawers if i walked out and saw that.....would be kinda cool too to hook it up to the bumper of his car or to his apartment door so when he opened it along comes the walker

Do you have any idea if you will try to go back there or observe him in the future?

Your welcome for the updates, I also update often for my own safety as I have revealed a lot of info about this guy.
Something odd that he said when the women died he was caring for was "when I went in to check on her and she didnt move I checked her vitals". Or maybe that is a normal way to say someone died??? He wasnt a licensed caretaker.
And the day after she died 4/20/2009, he moved into her apt with all her stuff now his stuff, and all utilities etc under her name. So if anyone was going to find him it wouldnt be there. He had a stack appr.10 video cameras he was going to install around the complex and someone complained to the property manager but he still managed to install one in the office that he monitors

What office does he monitor? The Apartments?

This Tree with the strange face on it is located behind his porch and kinda reminds me of the satanic drawings on driftwood found at the Jenner Beach Murder site

Curious Maz, IS that carved wood. Or is it one of those tree decorations you put on your tree trunk?
(As I have a old mans' face on one of my tree's) But yeah...curious either way that he chose this one.
