Thoughts on this letter

I cant even remember where I got this from (I think it was from AK), but I remember hearing that it was received in 1981 regarding the Atlanta Child Murders. I dont know much details about this letter. I remember hearing something about someone claiming Zodiac was connected somehow to the Atlanta Child murders case.

The letter seems to have some of the odd spacing in the middle of words that Zodiac was known for, and it also seems to remind me a bit of the "Bates had to die" letters (although the writing is considerably neater).

I wanted opinions on the writing, pro or con, as to how close it resembles or doesnt resemble Zodiac's.
Also, if anyone is familiar with the details of this letter or the background, please post about it here. Thanks
