People that lived in Riverside, but moved to Vallejo

I am starting a new section trying to brainstorm possible suspects that moved into the Bay area, or more specifically, into Vallejo itself. It is very time consuming but I am finding some people here and there, a few of which went to Ramona HS, the same one as Cheri Jo Bates. 'IF' Zodiac really was in Riverside during the 66-67 timeframe, and wound up in Vallejo, then anybody that lived in the Riverside area amd wound up in Vallejo should be looked at in my opinion. This may not lead anyplace, but is worth a try, and if anyone wants to help, I am compiling a list of data for these men

I will be adding a few I already posted about, but here is one to start. He is a 1960 graduate of Ramona HS, and lived in Vallejo at 3306 Tennessee St. He definitely lived there in 1980, but obviously, would like to see if he was there in 1969. Not sure how far this address is from the payphone used by Zodiac after the murder of Darlene, but if memory serves, that phone was on corner of Springs & Tuolumne. 'IF' Z drove from the BRS crime, stopped at the phone booth on that corner, then went to 3306 Tennessee St, then he would be there pretty quickly. I am not good with mapquest or google earth, but would love to see just how close it is.
