Anyone know who this victim is, or why they may be a Z victim?

Well, in the thread that I linked to, the article that Zam posted says that Bilek was found on the grounds of the Villa Montalvo Museum. The grounds include a park with hiking trails. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Villa_Montalvo

As the article that Morf linked is just an abstract with little information, there is no clue to which park it was but I think it's a safe bet that Bilek is the person in question. The dates line up and I know of no other stabbing murders that occured during those dates in Santa Clara County.
