Lynn Derrick is victim #29 in Graysmith's Zodiac.
Lynn's murder is a little like Leona Roberts in that she was abducted from her home and found in Marin County. Lynn's manner of death was not at all like Leona's though.
Children of the '60's will know that a kilo is 2.2 pounds which is quite a bit of pot that was found in her apartment and it wasn't taken by whoever murdered her. It probably wasn't the pot that got her killed.

Good article Seagull. Wasnt there another woman who is frequently mentioned as a Z victim, that was also a stenographer?? I am thinking a woman with similar MO to Benalleck...I think...i forget

I'm drawing a blank on the stenographer. Lynn was in the medical field, worked at UC Medical Center. Sandy B has been keeping track of that.
