DONNA MARIE FRISLIE abducted & murdered as she babysat (like ELAINE LOUISE DAVIS, who was mentioned in the yellow book as a possible victim- i will post more about her in the POSSIBLE VICTIMS section in her own thread)

This was from an online post from a friend of hers:
"DONNA MARIE FRISLIE, was taken from the home of Barbara Christiasen, where she was baby sitting, this was Feb, 12,1962. She was found 6 days later, burried in a shallow grave,on the east side of Lancaster, raped,and stabbed numerous times. I could of been with her that night , but we had been at a celeberty golf tournament all day at the local Country Club,we kissed Clint Eastwood that day! We had school the next day so my mother would not let me go! To this day I wonder if it was someone we knew, she let the person in! This NEEDS to be addressed again, maybe someone knows something or the person who did this terrible thing is ready to get it off their chest. John-- you have solved many that are cold cases, PLEASE HELP DONNA!!! Thank you, A loyal viewer who want's an answer!"

Now I dont think the rape part fits Zodiac, but the shallow grave is similar to the Lass clues. (foreigner, I know the golf tournament might get your attention). Anyhow, Howard Davis had discussed the fact that a mysterious man on a flight to Vegas, had made comments and notes about the crime. Some of the notes & comments seemed to make LE suspicious, so they tried to locate him, but never did. There was a sketch of the man according to Howrd. I would love to see the sketch, and hear more about this crime, along with any other Z aspects.

One suspect that was in the area was Everett Cal Warren. Another an unnamed door- to- door vacuum salesman that was calling on people during the time ot the muder.He became very nervous to the point of shaking when told about that case. He was reported to the police,but there seems to have been no follow up.

I have posted on this case a number of times.There was a composit drawn of a man who was on a flight to Las Vegas and published (I have a copy) after the murder of DMF. He left behind a newspaper that weas found by a flight attendant with an article about Donna's case. He had circled some words and he had wrotten some strange staetments.Witnesses said he looked like the actor Edward G.Robinson.

Z did write in November 1966 some 4 years after Donna was brutally murdered with her throat cut ,"She [Bates]was not the first..."We,of course do not know if Frislie was an early victim.

I have talked with Frislie's sister a few times, and after all these years, she always pursued possible clues in her sister's death. Sadly, her Sister passed away this year, and never got closure.

Here is that composit for that possible DMF suspect. I give full credit to this site for posting their articles on this perplexing case.

A bloody sheet was found about 1/2 mile from the crime scene. It was retained by LE,and protected. It should be DNA tested.

We can't Z at this early period say that a young Z would not have raped Donna. Z was one very strange person if it possible to call him human.
We have only two hints of any form of victim molestation. Z wrote he felt Cheri Jo in the alley. And Linda Edwards' bathing suit was ripped open at the top portion.
We have two cases which some dispute was even a young Z at RS or SB, and if what he wrote was even the truth about what he did to Cheri Jo -if it were he that killed Bates.
I firmly believe he did both crimes,including the 'seaside slaying' or 'honeymoon couple murder' in Sd (keeps coming up-as per that astro page flight 555 which was a flight to SD at 7:30 PM each day-also Chris Suennen lived there for a while too)1964. See my site.
Since the SB was in 1963 that is only about a year after DMF was murdered. She was abducted on Lincoln's birthday Feb.12, 1962 . A holiday again.
